Kentucky Legislative Research Commission-Graduate (LRC)

The LRC gives graduate students in law school or relevant programs like public administration, social work, or public policy the unique opportunity to work with a legislative committee and learn the basic skills of drafting bills, conducting public policy research, and providing support for legislative committee meetings.

James Madison Memorial Fellowship Foundation (The Foundation)

The Foundation was established by Congress in 1986 for the purpose of improving teaching about the United States Constitution in secondary schools. The Foundation is an independent agency of the Executive branch of the federal government.

Congressional Leadership Program (CLP)

Applicants for CLP must be enrolled in college or graduate school.  They must also be residents of the Fourth Congressional District or attending school in the district.  Last year, there were more applicants than CLP slots available, so please be aware that the application process is competitive. Preference will be given to individuals who submit their applications prior to May 1st.
