PUBLIC SERVICE PARTNERSHIPS

Kentucky Public Human Resources Association (KPHRA) has been engaged in a public service partnership with the Institute for over 18 years. Services to KPHRA include conference administration, publications, web maintenance, and professional certification program to list a few. Kentucky City/County Management Association (KCCMA) has been engaged in a public service partnership with the Institute for over 25 years and recently contracted for additional services. Services to KCCMA include association management, membership coordination, conference administration, publications and continuing education coordination. Kentucky Governmental Finance Officers Association (KGFOA) has been engaged in a partnership with the Institute for over 25 years as a co-sponsor and organizer with the Robert L. Kline Conference on the Management of Local Government which is held annually in the spring.

Kids Voting Kentucky (KVK) is a statewide umbrella organization, who’s main role is to support existing local (county) affiliates and help new chapters get started. Kids Voting Kentucky also acts as the liaison to Kids Voting USA® and coordinates any statewide Kids Voting initiatives, such as training days for teachers interested in the civics curriculum.
